TapInCareers provides career coaching, job search guidance, market insights, and professional feedback from experienced recruiters, HR professionals, hiring managers, and industry experts.

 

All consultations are conducted online via video conferencing.

Important Information:

By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree that:

​

-   TapInCareers provides career advisory and coaching services only.
-   Consultations are intended to provide guidance, insights, feedback, and practical advice to support your career and job search.
-   TapInCareers does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, visa outcomes, or any specific career result.
-   Our experts provide advice based on their professional experience and knowledge of the market. The implementation of that advice remains the client's responsibility.
-   Consultations do not include job placement services, guaranteed referrals, introductions to employers, or preferential access to vacancies.
-   Experts will not fast-track applications, influence hiring decisions, or provide preferential treatment during recruitment processes.
-   Experts will not disclose confidential information relating to their employers, clients, recruitment processes, or candidates.
-   TapInCareers is not a recruitment agency, employment service, or migration advice provider.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

-   Clients may cancel their booking and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
-   Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation are generally not eligible for a refund, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
-   Clients may request to reschedule a consultation, subject to the expert's availability.
-   If TapInCareers or the expert needs to cancel a consultation, the client will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.
-   If a consultation cannot proceed due to technical issues on the expert's side, the session will be rescheduled or refunded.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law.
